At Serenity in the City Counselling Centre, we believe that consistency and commitment are essential to the counselling process. Our cancellation policy is designed to respect both your time and the counsellor’s schedule, while ensuring that appointments remain available for those who need them.

NOTICE REQUIRED
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation will result in the full fee being charged.
RESCHEDULING
Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS
We understand that unforeseen emergencies may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
